Pitaya Frozen Pudding
You will need:
- 2 balls of Xingu Pitaya Pulp
- ½ glass of coconut milk
- ½ box of cream
- ¼ can of condensed milk
- ½ chopped apple
- ½ cup of whole milk
- 1 unflavored, colorless gelatin envelope
Preparation mode:
- 1. Blend the ingredients in a blender or mixer until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
- 2. Then distribute in individual refractories and refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes (or until it acquires the texture of mousse).
- 3. Decorate with blackberry or a red fruit of your choice.
Acai Pudding
You will need:
- 2 balls of Acai Xingu Sorbet
- ¼ can of condensed milk
- ½ box of cream
- 1 envelope of colorless, flavorless, hydrated gelatin
- 120ml of milk
Method of preparation:
- 1. Beat the condensed milk, acai, cream, milk and hydrated gelatin in a blender or mixer.
- 2. Distribute the mixture into individual shapes with a hole in the middle.
- 3. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Unmold and serve chilled.
- 4. Syrup: beat the acai cream in a blender and place two spoons on top of each mousse just before serving.
- 5. To unmold: immerse the pudding mold in an ovenproof dish with hot water for 30 seconds or until the pudding loosens the bottom and sides.
- 6. Serve with the syrup, blackberry and blueberries or berries of choice.
Acai Mousse
You will need:
- 2 balls of Acai Xingu Sorbet
- ¼ from the condensed milk can
- ½ box of cream
- ½ banana
- ½ unflavored, hydrated ½ envelope of gelatine
Method of preparation:
- 1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or mixer.
- 2. Distribute in individual bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour, so that the gelatin sets and the mixture acquires the consistency of mousse.
- 3. Serve with a fruit of your choice and chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
Variations: Banana can be substituted with 4 units of strawberry or 1 slice of pineapple or 1 kiwi, as preferred.
